We stayed here during hurricane Beryl. The hotel was well prepared, staff very friendly and the breakfast good. We ended up extending our stay. The location right across the shopping center was also a great plus.

Location area is quiet and in front of a shopping plaza within walking distance and clean in general. Staff attentive and at disposal even late at night.

I have been staying at this hotel for a long time. Huge Thanks to everyone from the Holiday Inn team in Merida, especially Leticia. Great location, brand new hotel with everything you need. we'll be back

staff was super helpful, great location across from the mall. Clean room. I was able to watch TV in English and price was very reasonable.
